用法用量: 找到患处最痛之痛点。（痛点多位于骨隙或肿实之肌肉间。）擦上2-3滴黄道益活络油于痛点上，用拇指尖在痛点上按压15-20分钟，力度由轻至重，以患者不过度痛楚为宜。每天按压三至五次，直至痊愈。
注意事项: 仅供外用。避免触及眼睛或粘膜。三岁以下儿童、孕妇或哺乳期妇女用前先咨询医生。将本要放于儿童接触不到的地方。

Rub 2-3 drops of Huang Dao Yi Huoluo Oil on the pain points, and press the pain points with the tip of your thumb for 15-20 minutes. Pain is appropriate.
